At HomeLynn, we strive to deliver high-quality and timely home services to our valued customers. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to make our cancellation and refund process clear and fair.

🕒 Cancellations

  • You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time for a full refund. 
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, as our professionals are already scheduled. 
  • If our assigned professional is unable to attend the service, we will offer a reschedule or full refund based on your preference. 

💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay. 
  • Partial refunds (e.g., service dissatisfaction, scope reduction) will be reviewed case-by-case. 
  • In case of payment failure or duplicate payment, full refunds will be issued promptly upon verification.
